ABOUT
Emma grew up cooking with her Italian grandmother and has always felt most connected to Italian and Mediterranean flavors. Equal parts organized and creative, she attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa before moving to LA to learn from some of the best chefs in LA in the kitchens of Botanica and Eszett. When she tried her hand at private events and small dinner parties, she was reminded of how much she loves interacting with the people she’s cooking for. It’s no surprise, then, that her current creative endeavor, Gattara, is an intimate, ten-person dinner series focused on Italian-inspired cuisine where she’s able to not only connect with the “Nonna” side of herself, but also with new friends, new ingredients, and new recipes.
